Garlic and onion are the classic pairing with beef for a reason: they bring out the meat’s own sweetness without taking over. Here organic, non-irradiated garlic and onion are used together with the ancestral recipe’s grass-fed beef, liver and heart.<\/p>\n

The spices are steam-sterilised rather than irradiated. Irradiation is cheap and common in the food industry, but it breaks down both flavour compounds and antioxidants in the spice.<\/p>\n

The liver in the recipe contributes vitamin A, B12 and iron, and the heart CoQ10. Lineage ran more than 50 test batches to get the proportions right, so the organs deliver the nutrition without being noticeable in the taste.<\/p>\n
