Please read them before you order \u2014 by completing an order you accept them.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Who you are buying from<\/h2>\n<p>longevitygoods.com is operated by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lovli Group AB<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Company registration number 559482-1091<\/li>\n<li>VAT number SE559482109101<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4stergatan 19, 434 30 Kungsbacka, Sweden<\/li>\n<li>Email: <a href=\"mailto:info@longevitygoods.com\">info@longevitygoods.com<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We also operate longevitylabs.se, which serves customers in Sweden. Both shops are run by the same company, but an order is placed with one of them and is handled by that shop.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Who can order<\/h2>\n<p>You must be at least 18 years old to order from us, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. We sell to consumers and to businesses within Europe. If you order as a business, the right of withdrawal described in section 7 does not apply \u2014 it is a consumer right.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Prices and VAT<\/h2>\n<p>Prices include VAT. Our catalogue is priced in euro (EUR); if you are in Denmark, Poland, Czechia, Hungary or Romania the shop shows and charges the price in your own currency instead, and you can change currency yourself at the top of any page. The price that applies is the one shown, in the currency shown, at the moment you complete your order \u2014 it is not converted again afterwards.<\/p>\n<p>VAT is charged at the rate of the country the order is delivered to, as EU distance selling rules require. The price you see already contains it, so the amount does not change at checkout when you enter your address.<\/p>\n<p>Shipping is added at checkout and is shown before you confirm the order. We ship from within the EU, so there are no customs charges or import fees for customers inside the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, see section 6.<\/p>\n<p>We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If a price is clearly wrong \u2014 a decimal point in the wrong place, for example \u2014 and you could reasonably have understood that, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.<\/p>\n<h2>4. How an order is made<\/h2>\n<p>You place an order by completing checkout. We then send an order confirmation by email. The confirmation is an acknowledgement that we have received your order; the contract between us is formed when we dispatch the goods.<\/p>\n<p>We may decline an order \u2014 for example if a product is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect misuse. If we do, we will tell you and refund any amount already charged.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Payment<\/h2>\n<p>The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never store your full card details on our own servers.<\/p>\n<p>Goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>We deliver across the EU, and to Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Japan, the United Arab Emirates and Turkey. Within the EU, shipping is &euro;9.95 in Sweden and &euro;14.95 elsewhere, and is free on orders over &euro;169; these amounts include VAT. If the shop is showing you another currency, the same amounts are shown converted, and the exact figures appear at checkout before you confirm.<\/p>\n<p>Outside the EU, shipping is &euro;39.95 and there is no free-shipping threshold. These orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place): no EU VAT is charged on the goods or the shipping, and any import duties, import VAT and customs fees are payable by you to the carrier before or on delivery. We cannot tell you those amounts in advance &mdash; they are set by your country&#8217;s customs authority.<\/p>\n<p>Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes two to five working days depending on the country. You receive a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves us.<\/p>\n<p>Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. If a delivery is significantly delayed, contact us and we will sort it out \u2014 you always have the right to cancel an order that is not delivered within a reasonable time after we have been given the chance to deliver it.<\/p>\n<h3>Unclaimed parcels<\/h3>\n<p>If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we charge the actual cost of the return shipment. An uncollected parcel is not the same as a withdrawal \u2014 if you change your mind, use the right of withdrawal instead, which costs you less.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Right of withdrawal and returns<\/h2>\n<p>As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law, and we give you 30 days to return unopened products. There are exceptions for sealed goods that have been opened, which matter for supplements. The details, the exceptions and the model withdrawal form are on our <a href=\"\/returns-and-refunds\/\">returns and refunds page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Faulty or incorrect goods<\/h2>\n<p>If a product is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time of discovering it. Under EU law you have at least two years of legal guarantee from delivery.<\/p>\n<p>We ask you to email <a href=\"mailto:info@longevitygoods.com\">info@longevitygoods.com<\/a> with your order number and, where possible, a photograph. We cover the return shipping for faulty or incorrect goods, and you can choose between a replacement and a refund.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Supplements are not medicines<\/h2>\n<p>The products we sell are food supplements, foods and skincare. They are not medicines, and they do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice.<\/p>\n<p>Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet, and recommended daily doses should not be exceeded. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use. Keep supplements out of reach of small children.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Your personal data<\/h2>\n<p>How we handle personal data is described in our <a href=\"\/privacy-policy\/\">privacy policy<\/a>. Cookies are described in our <a href=\"\/cookie-policy\/\">cookie policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Complaints and disputes<\/h2>\n<p>If something is wrong, tell us first \u2014 most things are solved by an email. If we cannot agree, you have the following options as a consumer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), whose recommendations we follow: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arn.se\/\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">arn.se<\/a><\/li>\n<li>The consumer advice service in your own country, through the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net): <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eccnet.eu\/\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">eccnet.eu<\/a><\/li>\n<li>The out-of-court dispute body for consumers in your own country. Each EU country has one, and the ECC-Net above will point you to it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>12. Circumstances beyond our control<\/h2>\n<p>We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control \u2014 for example strikes, extreme weather, carrier disruption, war, epidemics or the failure of a supplier we depend on. If such an event lasts longer than a reasonable time, either of us may cancel the order.<\/p>\n<h2>13. Applicable law<\/h2>\n<p>Swedish law applies to these terms. As a consumer you always keep the protection given to you by mandatory rules in the country where you live \u2014 nothing here takes that away.<\/p>\n<h2>14. Changes<\/h2>\n<p>We may update these terms.
