About Lineage Raw Honey and why the origin decides everything<\/h2>\n

Bees fly up to eight kilometres from the hive when foraging. That means a hive can be certified organic and still gather nectar from fields that have been sprayed. It is why even American organic honey often shows traces of glyphosate. Lineage solves the problem with geography rather than certificates.<\/p>\n

The hives stand in uninhabited wilderness in Yucat\u00e1n, so far from roads and farmland that the bees simply cannot reach anything sprayed. The result shows in the analyses: undetectable levels of glyphosate and more than 450 other contaminants.<\/p>\n

The honey is harvested without smoke and without chemical solvents, and the bees keep their own honey as food instead of being fed the sugar or corn syrup common in commercial beekeeping. The jars are filled slowly over five to seven days at 39 degrees, the same temperature as inside the hive. Enzymes, antioxidants and pollen therefore survive the process.<\/p>\n

That the honey crystallises over time is not a fault but proof that it is raw and untreated. Stand the jar in lukewarm water for a while and it turns liquid again.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n
