If you change your mind, you can send the product back. This page explains how, what the deadlines are and the one exception that matters for supplements.<\/p>\n

Your 14-day right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. The period runs from the day you \u2014 or someone you nominated \u2014 take physical possession of the goods. If an order is delivered in several parcels, it runs from the last one.<\/p>\n

To use the right, tell us before the 14 days are up. An email to info@longevitygoods.com<\/a> is enough; you can also use the model form at the bottom of this page. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.<\/p>\n

Our 30-day return<\/h2>\n

On top of the statutory right, we accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging for 30 days from delivery. This is our own promise, not a legal requirement, and it applies as long as the product is unopened and resalable.<\/p>\n

When a product cannot be returned<\/h2>\n

EU law makes an exception for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, once they have been unsealed after delivery. That exception applies to our food supplements, foods and skincare.<\/p>\n

In plain terms: an unopened tub can be returned, an opened one cannot.<\/strong> If the seal is broken, the powder scooped or the bottle used, we cannot put the product back into stock, and we are not able to take it back.<\/p>\n

This does not limit your rights if the product is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered. Those cases are handled under the section further down, and the seal makes no difference there.<\/p>\n

How to return something<\/h2>\n

  1. Tell us.<\/strong> Email info@longevitygoods.com<\/a> with your order number and what you want to send back.<\/li>\n
  2. Wait for our reply.<\/strong> We confirm the return and give you the return address. Parcels sent back without contacting us first are harder to match to an order and take longer to refund.<\/li>\n
  3. Pack it properly.<\/strong> The product should be in its original packaging, unopened, with the seal intact.<\/li>\n
  4. Send it, and keep the receipt.<\/strong> You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us, so use a service that can be tracked.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Who pays the return shipping<\/h2>\n

    You pay the return shipping when you change your mind. We pay it when the product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.<\/p>\n

    If you withdraw from the whole order, we refund the standard delivery charge you paid to receive it. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one, we refund the standard cost.<\/p>\n

    Your refund<\/h2>\n

    We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you showing us that you have sent them, whichever comes first. The money goes back to the payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise with you.<\/p>\n

    You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function \u2014 the same handling you would be able to do in a shop.<\/p>\n

    Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods<\/h2>\n

    Contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the fault. Under EU law you have at least two years of legal guarantee from delivery.<\/p>\n

    Email info@longevitygoods.com<\/a> with your order number and, if you can, a photograph. We cover the return shipping, and you can choose between a replacement and a refund. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, it helps to photograph it before opening.<\/p>\n

    You do not have to use this form \u2014 any clear statement works \u2014 but you are welcome to. Copy the text below into an email to info@longevitygoods.com<\/a> and fill it in.<\/p>\n

    Tell us first \u2014 most things are solved by an email. If we still disagree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN<\/a>), whose recommendations we follow, or to the out-of-court dispute body in the country where you live.
