Whole Fiber Fusion draws its dietary fibre from whole chia and flax seeds – which also carry ALA omega-3 and lignans – together with the probiotic Lactobacillus sporogenes and papain, an enzyme from papaya.
About the blend
Chia (Salvia hispanica) and flax seeds carry soluble and insoluble fibre alongside alpha-linolenic acid – the essential omega-3 fatty acid – and lignans, their naturally occurring polyphenols.

Lactobacillus sporogenes is a spore-forming probiotic strain, and papain the classic protein-splitting enzyme of papaya. A tablespoon once or twice a day stirs into water or food.
Recommended use: 1 tablespoon, 1–2 times daily.
