L-glutamine, nothing else
Glutamine Powder is pure L-glutamine – the amino acid the body produces and uses more of than any other – as an unflavoured powder that dissolves in half a glass of water.
About L-glutamine
Glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in the body – muscles both store and release it. It occurs naturally in protein-rich foods.
