About quercetin and vitamin C
Quercetin is one of the most studied flavonoids and occurs naturally in onions, apples and berries. Stinging nettle is a classic of traditional European herbal practice. Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the normal function of the immune system – claims approved under EU Regulation 432/2012.
