Vitamins are where dose and form matter most, and where labels are most often vague. Everything here states both: micrograms of D3 and whether it comes with K2, the form of B12, whether the vitamin C is ascorbic acid or Ester-C, whether the E is a tocopherol mix or the tocotrienols Designs for Health uses.

The formats differ on purpose. Solgar works mostly in tablets and capsules in amber glass, Designs for Health in capsules and powders, and Quicksilver Scientific in liposomal liquids you dose with a pump — a real difference if you already take several capsules a day.
