About NMN and NAD+
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) takes part in the energy metabolism of every living cell, and NMN is one of the compounds the body uses to build it. NMN is a derivative of niacin – vitamin B3 – which contributes to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (EU 432/2012).

Trimethylglycine (betaine) occurs naturally in beetroot, spinach and whole grains. The liposomal preparation encapsulates the NMN in phospholipids; the daily millilitre is taken in the morning, before food.
Recommended use: 1 ml (2 pumps), preferably in the morning before food.
