About Solgar Magnesium with Vitamin B6
Magnesium is one of the body’s most widely used minerals and vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin – here combined in one and the same tablet. Each tablet provides 133 mg of magnesium in oxide form and 8.3 mg of vitamin B6 as pyridoxine HCl.
According to EFSA, magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function, while vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal function of the immune system and to the regulation of hormonal activity.
