The formula combines several substances often associated with skin, nails and hair: MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), red algae powder from Lithothamnium calcareum, vitamin C, zinc, copper plus the amino acids L-lysine and L-proline.
MSM, minerals, vitamin C and amino acids in one formula – for skin, nails and hair from within. According to EFSA, vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin, zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, normal skin and normal nails, and copper contributes to normal hair and skin pigmentation. 1000 mg of MSM from OptiMSM® per daily dose.

MSM is a sulphur-containing compound that occurs naturally in small amounts in vegetables, fruit and grains. Here the MSM comes from OptiMSM® – a registered, purified raw material. L-lysine is an essential amino acid that the body cannot make itself and that occurs naturally in meat, fish, eggs and pulses.
