About DIM
Diindolylmethane forms naturally in the body when indole-3-carbinol – abundant in cabbage, broccoli and other crucifers – is broken down during digestion. The capsule delivers the compound directly.

Flaxseed lignans are polyphenolic compounds that occur naturally in flaxseed, and piperine is the alkaloid that gives black pepper its bite. The product was previously sold under the name Hormone Balance.
