The magnesium form is Magtein® – a patented raw material in which magnesium is bound to L-threonic acid. Each sachet provides 72 mg of elemental magnesium (19.2% of the reference intake) together with 450 mg of phosphatidylcholine from highly purified phospholipids. Thanks to the liposomal technology, the supplement is designed for optimal absorption.
The composition is identical to Liposomal Magtein 450 ml from the same brand – the only difference is the packaging. The sachets are ideal for travel, the office or the gym bag, and can be taken without water.

How to use Quicksilver Scientific Liposomal Magtein Sachets
Take 1 sachet (15 ml) per day, ideally an hour before bedtime or at any time that suits you.
Hold the contents in your mouth for 30–90 seconds before swallowing. No measuring or mixing is needed – open the sachet and take it straight away, with or without food. Can be taken without water – anywhere. Maximum 1 sachet per day. 30 sachets – 30 days’ supply.
