About the formula
Essential amino acids are the ones the body cannot synthesise – food or supplements must supply them. In free form they arrive as digestion would deliver them, with no further breakdown needed.

Alpha-ketoglutarate is a naturally occurring metabolite of energy metabolism, and vitamin B6 – here as bioactive pyridoxal-5-phosphate – contributes to normal protein and amino acid metabolism, a claim approved under EU Regulation 432/2012.
