About the ingredients
Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) and astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus) are botanicals with a long tradition of use, and shiitake (Lentinula edodes) and maitake (Grifola frondosa) are culinary mushrooms whose extracts are widely used in supplements.
