B12 is supplied as methylcobalamin, the folate as calcium folinate and B2 as riboflavin-5-phosphate. The liposomal technology makes the formula liquid and easy to dose – practical if you find tablets hard to swallow.
According to EFSA, vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and folic acid contributes to normal amino acid synthesis.

Take 2 pumps into the mouth. Hold the liquid in your mouth for 30–90 seconds before swallowing.
Taken on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before a meal. Repeat until the desired dose is reached or follow the advice of a healthcare professional. Do not combine with other B-vitamin supplements. Suitable for vegans. 50 ml – approx. 50 daily doses.
