How to use Quicksilver Scientific Liposomal Magtein
Take 5 ml during the day and 10 ml about an hour before bedtime.
Let the liquid circulate in your mouth for 30–90 seconds before swallowing. Total daily dose 15 ml. Can be taken at any time, with or without food. You can also mix the dose into a cold drink or smoothie – avoid hot drinks, though, as heat can affect the liposomes. 450 ml lasts for 30 doses.
