Formula VM-75 is Solgar’s classic high-strength multivitamin – a combination of vitamins C and E, the whole B complex, folic acid and minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, chromium and iodine, in an entirely plant-based tablet.

According to EFSA, vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, vitamin B12 to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, riboflavin to normal energy-yielding metabolism, vitamin E and manganese to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and vitamin D and zinc to the maintenance of normal bones.
Beyond vitamins and minerals, the formula contains inositol, choline, citrus bioflavonoids, rutin, hesperidin, betaine HCl and carotenoids such as beta-carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin. The iron is supplied as bisglycinate – a form often chosen for its good absorption – and vitamin B2 comes from Ashbya gossypii, a natural plant-based source. Multivitamin, minerals and antioxidants in an entirely plant-based tablet.
A well-known and harmless phenomenon: the riboflavin gives both the tablet and your urine a yellow colour.
