Resveratrol Supreme pairs trans-resveratrol – standardised from Polygonum cuspidatum, the purest available source – with quercetin. Both are naturally occurring polyphenols, and trans-resveratrol is the biologically active form of resveratrol.
About trans-resveratrol
Resveratrol is the polyphenol of grape skins and red wine, but the richest practical source is the root of Polygonum cuspidatum (Japanese knotweed), from which the extract here is standardised as trans-resveratrol – the form the body can use.
