Each scoop provides 20 g of complete protein from grass-fed beef isolate, together with freeze-dried liver, heart, kidney, spleen and pancreas, colostrum and an organic berry blend. Ninety calories and under one gram of carbohydrate per scoop.

Most protein powders are built on whey isolate, seed oils and artificial sweeteners. Complete Protein Original is built the other way round. The protein comes from grass-fed beef, and to that are added freeze-dried organs, colostrum and real fruit. No sweetening, no flavourings, no thickeners.

The organs are what set the powder apart from an ordinary protein powder. Liver, heart, kidney, spleen and pancreas contribute iron, vitamin A, B12 and CoQ10 – nutrition most people never get from an ordinary diet. Everything is freeze-dried at low temperature rather than processed chemically.
Colostrum from grass-fed cows adds immune factors, and the organic berry blend of blackberry, blackcurrant, pomegranate, blueberry, cranberry, raspberry, maqui berry, acai and acerola provides antioxidants along with the light tartness that balances the beef flavour.
That the powder is unflavoured is a deliberate choice. Without cocoa or strong flavourings you can stir it into your morning coffee, blend it into a smoothie or bake with it without clashing flavours. If you would rather have chocolate, there is Complete Protein Chocolate.

What is the difference between the beef protein and the milk protein?
Both provide 20 g of complete grass-fed protein with the same organ blend, the same colostrum, the same raw material requirements and the same tests. The beef version is Lineage’s original recipe and is built on isolate from grass-fed beef. The milk version dissolves a little more easily and tastes more neutral.
What does Original taste like?
Original is unflavoured and unsweetened, so what is left is a mild beef flavour from the beef protein together with a light tartness from the berry blend. Many people stir it into coffee or a smoothie, where the flavour disappears completely.
Is the product third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is tested for over 300 common contaminants, including glyphosate, mycotoxins, heavy metals and pesticides. The certificates of analysis are published openly by Lineage.
How are the raw materials produced and processed?
All the ingredients meet the same standard: animals grazing year-round, verified by a third party rather than by the supplier itself. Processing is kept to a minimum and the organs are freeze-dried at low temperature without heavy chemical treatment.
Do you use chemicals to turn the ingredients into powder?
No. The organs are freeze-dried at low temperature. Lineage does not break raw materials down only to build them up again.
Why does the powder clump if I stir it with a spoon?
Because there is nothing in it to prevent clumping. No lecithin, no emulsifiers, no thickeners. Use a shaker or blender and it dissolves in seconds.
When is a good time to use the powder?
