Product Details
Blueprint Metabolic Protein
Blueprint Metabolic Protein is a plant-based protein powder with vanilla flavour. 30 g of protein and 8 g of fibre per serving, built on pea and hemp protein with MCT oil powder from coconut.
About Blueprint Metabolic Protein
Blueprint Metabolic Protein differs from ordinary protein powders in its fibre content. 8 g of fibre per serving is unusually high, and most of it is soluble fibre that adds volume in the stomach.

The protein comes from pea and hemp. On their own, plant proteins are often limited in one amino acid, but combined they cover for each other and give a complete profile. It is the same principle as behind beans and rice in traditional cooking.
The MCT oil powder is extracted from coconut and bound to acacia fibre so that it can be dried into a powder. Isomaltulose is a carbohydrate that breaks down more slowly than ordinary sugar.
Use
Mix 2 scoops (73 g) of Blueprint Metabolic Protein with 240 ml of plant milk, water or another drink.
- 30 g of protein per serving
- 8 g of fibre, of which 7 g soluble
- Works as a snack or after training
- About 15 servings per pack

The 290 kcal serving with 30 g of protein means it works as a snack in itself, not only as an addition after training.
Mix in a shaker or blender rather than with a spoon. The soluble fibre thickens for a while after mixing, so let it stand for a minute if you want it a little firmer.
If you want a plainer protein powder without added fibre, see Blueprint Longevity Protein.

Frequently asked questions about Blueprint Metabolic Protein
How much protein do I get per serving?
30 g with two scoops, which corresponds to 60 per cent of the reference intake. The protein comes from pea and hemp in combination.
Why so much fibre?
8 g per serving, of which 7 g is soluble fibre. Soluble fibre binds liquid and gives bulk, which is why the drink thickens if left to stand.
Does it contain milk or soy?
No. The powder is entirely plant-based, soy free and gluten free. The protein sources are pea and hemp.
Can it replace a meal?
One serving gives 290 kcal and 30 g of protein, which is on a par with a substantial snack. If you want to use supplements as part of your diet, the European Food Safety Authority has gathered information on what is worth bearing in mind.
How many servings does a pack make?

About Blueprint
Blueprint is Bryan Johnson’s longevity brand, built on the data-driven protocol he developed together with a team of medical experts. The starting point is measurability: ingredients and doses are chosen on the basis of what can be tracked in biomarkers, and the products are third-party tested and clearly dosed. At Longevity Goods, the full Blueprint range is available across Europe.
Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Keep out of reach of young children.
