The B vitamins are supplied in forms that are directly available to the body – methylcobalamin (B12), calcium folinate (folate) and riboflavin-5-phosphate (B2). Added to these are betaine HCl and a patented plant blend with milk thistle extract, tocotrienols from annatto, plus the carotenoids lutein, zeaxanthin and lycopene – plant pigments found naturally in brightly coloured vegetables and fruit.
A liposomal multivitamin in which the vitamins are encapsulated in phospholipids and absorbed through the lining of the mouth – with active B-vitamin forms that need no conversion. According to EFSA, vitamin A contributes to the normal function of the immune system, vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, vitamins D and K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones, and vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
The liposomal technology encapsulates the vitamins in fat spheres (liposomes) that are absorbed through the lining of the mouth – ideal if you would rather not swallow tablets.

Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily directly into the mouth, ideally in the morning. Hold it there for 30–90 seconds before swallowing.
Best taken on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before a meal. Shake well before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not combine with other multivitamins. 100 ml – 20 daily doses.
