B12 is supplied as methylcobalamin – a biologically active form that suits people who find it hard to convert synthetic forms such as cyanocobalamin. B2 is supplied as riboflavin-5-phosphate, the activated form that needs no prior conversion. The plant blend contains trimethylglycine (betaine), quercetin from Sophora japonica and resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum.
