Cod liver oil is oil derived from fish liver, usually cod, and naturally contains vitamins A and D. Solgar’s version comes from controlled raw material and provides 462 mg of oil per softgel.
Cod liver oil with both naturally occurring and added vitamins A and D, from controlled raw material. According to EFSA, vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, vitamins A and D contribute to the normal function of the immune system, and vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal muscle function.

Each softgel provides 375 micrograms of vitamin A and 3.4 micrograms of vitamin D – both naturally from the oil and topped up with retinyl palmitate and cholecalciferol respectively for consistent dosing.
Softgels are easy to take and suit daily use. Please note that the capsule is made from bovine gelatine and that the product contains fish.
