Longevity Mix is the powder mixed into water. It contains 2.5 g of creatine per serving among other things, which is worth knowing if you also take a separate creatine supplement — the total then comes out higher than you may have counted on.

Essential Capsules is the multivitamin part, with 24 nutrients. Two capsules a day with food, since several of the vitamins are fat-soluble and are absorbed better that way.
