About the Blueprint Medium Bundle

The Blueprint Medium Bundle is the step up from the Starter Bundle. That one contains two products, this one five, and the additions are the antioxidant complex, the protein powder and the olive oil.

The three additions fill different gaps. Advanced Antioxidants is fat-soluble and contains vitamin K, Metabolic Protein contributes protein and fibre, and Snake Oil EVOO is an olive oil high in polyphenols used as a fat source in food.

Longevity Mix contains creatine, which is worth bearing in mind if you also take a separate creatine supplement. In that case you should add the amounts together rather than stack them.

Use

The Blueprint Medium Bundle is taken in the morning. Two Essential Capsules and one Advanced Antioxidants capsule with food, one scoop of Longevity Mix in water, one scoop of Metabolic Protein in 240 ml of plant milk and one to three tablespoons of Snake Oil EVOO.

The capsules need to be taken with a meal containing fat. Both Advanced Antioxidants and parts of Essential Capsules are fat-soluble, and the olive oil does double duty here as both a product in the bundle and the fat source that improves absorption.

Metabolic Protein is the heaviest part at 290 kcal per serving. If it does not fit into the morning, it works just as well later in the day.
