Blueprint Essential Capsules
Blueprint Essential Capsules is the base supplement in the protocol: 24 nutrients in two vegetable capsules a day, with spermidine, fisetin and nicotinamide riboside on top of the classic vitamins and minerals.
About Blueprint Essential Capsules
Blueprint Essential Capsules is built to cover the base. The classic vitamins and minerals are there at doses close to the reference intake, and on top of that sit compounds rarely seen in an ordinary multivitamin.

Spermidine, fisetin, luteolin and ubiquinol are four of them. Spermidine occurs naturally in wheat germ and soy products among other things, fisetin in strawberries. They are included here at amounts hard to reach through diet alone.
Nicotinamide riboside at 300 mg is the single largest item in the formula. The broccoli seed extract at 200 mg is the source of sulforaphane, the compound that gives cruciferous vegetables their characteristic bitterness.
Use
Take 2 capsules of Blueprint Essential Capsules daily with food for the best absorption. One pack lasts 30 days.
- Taken in the morning with breakfast
- A meal containing fat improves the absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins
- Combined with Longevity Mix
- 2 capsules per serving, 30 servings

The morning is the most common time, simply because it is easiest to remember alongside breakfast. Regularity over weeks means more than the exact hour.
The capsules are meant as a base, not the whole. Fat-soluble carotenoids and vitamin K at higher doses sit in Advanced Antioxidants, and omega-3 in a product of its own.
Taken together with Blueprint Longevity Mix, and available together in Blueprint Starter Bundle.

About Blueprint
Blueprint is Bryan Johnson’s longevity brand, built on the data-driven protocol he developed together with a team of medical experts. The starting point is measurability: ingredients and doses are chosen on the basis of what can be tracked in biomarkers, and the products are third-party tested and clearly dosed. At Longevity Goods, the full Blueprint range is available across Europe.
Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Keep out of reach of young children.
