The omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) are two of the most researched nutrients in modern health science. According to EFSA, EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart at a daily intake of 250 mg, and DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision.
