What is the difference from an ordinary multivitamin?
Primal Multi™ uses bioactive, natural forms: active folate (Quatrefolic®), methylcobalamin (B12), P-5-P (B6), TRAACS® chelated minerals. Many cheaper multivitamins use synthetic forms (folic acid, cyanocobalamin, oxides) with lower bioavailability. Primal Multi™ also contains phytonutrients (resveratrol, ergothioneine, polyphenols) that ordinary multis lack. The product is not a replacement for medical treatment.
When during the day should I take the product?
Primal Multi™ is best taken with a meal for the best absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K). Many people split the dose into 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at lunch for an even supply of nutrients.
How long does one jar last?
One jar contains 120 capsules. At the recommended dose of 4 capsules daily it lasts 30 days, that is about 1 month.
What are MitoPrime® and L-ergothioneine?
MitoPrime® is a patented source of L-ergothioneine – an amino acid and antioxidant found naturally in mushrooms and studied for its distinctive role in mitochondrial health and cellular antioxidant activity. Ergothioneine occurs only in small amounts in a Western diet.
