Product Details
Blueprint Advanced Antioxidants
Blueprint Advanced Antioxidants is one liquid capsule a day with three forms of vitamin K and four carotenoids — lutein, zeaxanthin, lycopene and astaxanthin — dissolved in MCT oil from coconut.
About Blueprint Advanced Antioxidants
What sets Blueprint Advanced Antioxidants apart is the vitamin K profile. Most contain either K1 or one form of K2 — here all three are present.

MK4 and MK7 are two forms of K2 that differ in half-life. MK4 leaves the blood relatively quickly while MK7 stays considerably longer, which is why both are included rather than just one.
The carotenoid part consists of four compounds. Lutein and zeaxanthin are the two found naturally in dark green leafy vegetables. The astaxanthin is derived from the microalga Haematococcus pluvialis, the same alga that gives salmon and prawns their colour, and lycopene is what makes tomatoes red.
Use
Take 1 liquid capsule of Blueprint Advanced Antioxidants daily with food. One pack lasts 30 days.
- Taken in the morning with breakfast
- A meal containing fat improves absorption
- Combined with Essential Capsules
- 30 servings per pack

The capsule has MCT oil built in as a carrier, but a breakfast with fat still helps. That is also why the contents are in liquid form rather than as a dry powder in a capsule.
It is meant as a complement, not a replacement. Essential Capsules covers vitamins and minerals broadly; this one adds vitamin K and carotenoids in doses that do not fit into a multivitamin.
Combined with Blueprint Essential Capsules and Blueprint Omega-3.

Frequently asked questions about Blueprint Advanced Antioxidants
Why three different vitamin K forms?
K1 and K2 have different roles in the body, and the two K2 forms behave differently. MK4 has a short half-life while MK7 stays in the blood considerably longer. With both, the supply is more even across the day.
Can I take it at the same time as Essential Capsules?
Yes, they are made to be combined. Essential Capsules covers the base of vitamins and minerals; this one adds vitamin K and carotenoids at higher doses.
What is the difference from an ordinary carotenoid supplement?
Most are built on a single carotenoid. This one combines four fat-soluble carotenoids with vitamin K — compounds that need fat to be absorbed.
Where does the astaxanthin come from?
From the microalga Haematococcus pluvialis, the natural source in the sea. It is the same compound that gives salmon and prawns their red colour.
Should I be careful if I take blood thinners?
Vitamin K affects blood clotting and the doses here are high. If you use warfarin or another blood-thinning medication, consult your doctor before starting. the European Food Safety Authority has gathered information on risks with food supplements.

About Blueprint
Blueprint is Bryan Johnson’s longevity brand, built on the data-driven protocol he developed together with a team of medical experts. The starting point is measurability: ingredients and doses are chosen on the basis of what can be tracked in biomarkers, and the products are third-party tested and clearly dosed. At Longevity Goods, the full Blueprint range is available across Europe.
Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Keep out of reach of young children. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or being treated with blood-thinning medication.
