Vitamin D Supreme contains both K1 (phylloquinone, common in leafy greens) and K2 (menaquinone-4) at 1,000 mcg each. GG-Gold® is a relatively new ingredient – trans-geranylgeraniol is an isoprenoid the body uses in the synthesis of menaquinone-4 (K2) and it may influence cellular processes linked to mitochondrial and bone health.

Who is Vitamin D Supreme for?
Vitamin D Supreme suits most adults in northern climates, particularly during the dark months (October to April) when the sun’s UV rays are not enough for natural D synthesis. Why is D3 taken together with K?

Can I combine it with blood-thinning medication?
