Each sachet contains 800 mg of sodium, 400 mg of potassium, 1620 mg of chloride and 60 mg of magnesium. The composition is simple and free from sugar and carbohydrates. This version is completely unflavoured – SALTE is also available in Lemon, Orange, Strawberry, Apple, Watermelon and Pineapple if you would like some flavour.
Use the sachet during or after exercise, in the sauna, in hot weather or on other occasions when topping up electrolytes is worthwhile.
