The same simple mineral mix as SALTE’s classic electrolyte powder – sodium, potassium, chloride and magnesium – but in four flavours in the same pack: Lemon, Orange, Strawberry and Apple. Lightly flavoured with natural flavourings and sweetened with steviol glycosides, entirely free from sugar and carbohydrates.

Electrolytes are minerals that dissolve in water and then carry an electrical charge. They are lost through sweating, particularly during prolonged or intense exercise and in hot climates, and certain diets can also affect the levels.
