Product Details
Blueprint Collagen
Hydrolysed collagen peptides from grass-fed cattle – 10 grams per serving, of which 9 grams protein, with no carbohydrates, fat or additives. Types I and III, the two collagen types that dominate in skin, tendons and bone.
About Blueprint Collagen
Collagen is the most common protein in the body and makes up the greater part of connective tissue by dry weight. It comes in several forms, and Blueprint Collagen contains types I and III – the two that dominate in skin, tendons, ligaments and bone. Type II, which is found mainly in cartilage, is not included.

The peptides are hydrolysed, which means the long collagen chains have been broken down into shorter fragments. In practice that means two things: the powder dissolves in both cold and hot liquid without clumping, and it is flavour neutral. You can stir it into coffee without the coffee tasting different.
Nutritionally the product is stripped back. 10 grams of powder gives 9 grams of protein and zero grams of carbohydrate and fat. It is therefore in practice a protein supplement, and the protein is what carries the nutrition claims that may be made: protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Use
Mix 1 scoop (approximately 10 g) of Blueprint Collagen into water, coffee or a smoothie. The powder is flavour neutral and dissolves easily.
- Taken daily, preferably in the morning
- Works in both hot and cold drinks
- Can be mixed into food without affecting the taste
- Combine with vitamin C

The morning is the easiest time to keep consistent, and consistency is what matters most.
Vitamin C is a natural complement: vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin and bones. Blueprint Collagen contains no vitamin C itself, but Blueprint Longevity Mix gives 250 mg per serving, so the two combine naturally in the same morning routine.

Frequently asked questions about Blueprint Collagen
What is the difference between collagen types I, II and III?
Type I is the most common in the body and is found mainly in skin, tendons and bone. Type III often occurs together with type I in the same tissues. Type II sits mainly in cartilage. Blueprint Collagen contains types I and III.
Can I mix Blueprint Collagen into hot coffee?
Yes. Hydrolysed peptides tolerate heat and dissolve just as well in hot liquid as in cold. That is one of the advantages of the hydrolysed form compared with unhydrolysed collagen.
Does it taste of anything?
No, the powder is flavour neutral and contains no added flavourings or sweeteners. That is why it works in coffee and food without changing the taste.
Why is vitamin C recommended alongside collagen?
Vitamin C contributes to the body’s normal collagen formation. That is an authorised nutrition claim for vitamin C, and it is therefore logical to have both in the same routine. The collagen powder itself contains no vitamin C.
Is Blueprint Collagen vegan?
No. Collagen is an animal protein and this one comes from cattle. There is no vegan collagen – products marketed as such contain nutrients that support the body’s own collagen formation, not collagen.
How much protein does a serving give?
9 grams, which corresponds to 18% of the nutrient reference value. Since the product contains no carbohydrates or fat, virtually all the energy comes from protein. More on food supplements can be found at the European Food Safety Authority.

About Blueprint
Blueprint is Bryan Johnson’s longevity brand, built on the data-driven protocol he developed together with a team of medical experts. The starting point is measurability: ingredients and doses are chosen on the basis of what can be tracked in biomarkers, and the products are third-party tested and clearly dosed. At Longevity Goods, the full Blueprint range is available across Europe.
Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Keep out of reach of young children. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have kidney disease.
