B-Supreme contains the whole B-vitamin family in bioactive, methylated forms – including methylfolate (Quatrefolic®) and methylcobalamin – plus extra support from choline and trimethylglycine (TMG) for methylation processes.
About bioactive B vitamins
B vitamins act as cofactors in thousands of enzymatic processes, including energy metabolism, methylation, the synthesis of neurotransmitters and maintenance of the nervous system. Many ordinary supplements use synthetic, cheap forms (such as folic acid and cyanocobalamin) that the body has to convert into the active form before it can use them. B-Supreme instead uses bioactive, methylated forms directly – for example methylfolate (Quatrefolic®) instead of folic acid, and methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin.

The formula contains folate as 5-MTHF and B12 as methylcobalamin, that is, already bioactive forms. This is described in journals such as Journal of Inherited Metabolic Disease: some people find it harder to convert folic acid into methylfolate. In longevity protocols, methylation has become a commonly used concept, and bioactive B-vitamin forms are one of the most sought-after supplement categories.
B-Supreme goes a step further by including choline (30 mg) and trimethylglycine / TMG (200 mg) as methyl donors. Choline and TMG (betaine) are both in the formula alongside the eight B vitamins. Who is B-Supreme for?

What is methylation and why does it matter?
Methylation is a biochemical process in which a methyl group (-CH3) is moved between molecules. It happens thousands of times per second in the body and affects the folate cycle, methionine metabolism and the body’s own methylation reactions among other things. B vitamins (particularly folate, B12 and B6) together with choline and TMG are central methyl donors. The product is not a replacement for medical treatment.
When during the day should I take B-Supreme?
B-Supreme is taken with a meal, ideally in the morning or at lunch since the B vitamins can be mildly activating. Avoid taking it late in the evening if you are sensitive to energising effects.
How long does one jar last?
One jar contains 120 capsules. At the recommended dose of 1 capsule daily it lasts 120 days, that is about 4 months.
Is B-Supreme vegan?
Yes. B-Supreme is gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, vegetarian, vegan and non-GMO. All the B vitamins are made synthetically or by yeast fermentation and the capsule is plant-based cellulose.
Why do B vitamins turn my urine yellow?
The yellow colour comes from riboflavin (vitamin B2), which is excreted in the urine. It is entirely harmless and simply means the body is excreting the surplus it did not need. B vitamins are water-soluble and cannot be stored in the body to the same extent as fat-soluble vitamins.
