What is DIM and why is it included?

Diindolylmethane (DIM) is an active compound formed when the body breaks down indole-3-carbinol from cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and kale. The formula contains 100 mg of DIM per daily dose – considerably more than a normal portion of vegetables provides. The product is not a replacement for medical treatment.

What is chaste tree (Vitex)?

Chaste tree (Vitex agnus castus) is a herb with a long tradition of use around the Mediterranean. The extract in FemGuard + Balance™ is standardised to 0.5% agnusides.

When during the day should I take the product?

FemGuard + Balance™ is best taken with a meal. Many people split the dose into 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at lunch for an even supply through the day.

How long does one jar last?

One jar contains 120 capsules. At the recommended dose of 4 capsules daily it lasts 30 days, that is about 1 month.

Can I combine it with medication?
