Lineage Raw Honey
Honey from hives deep in the wilderness of Yucatán in Mexico, far from roads and conventional agriculture. Never heated, never pasteurised and never filtered. Tested to undetectable levels for glyphosate and more than 450 other contaminants.
About Lineage Raw Honey and why the origin decides everything
Bees fly up to eight kilometres from the hive when foraging. That means a hive can be certified organic and still gather nectar from fields that have been sprayed. It is why even American organic honey often shows traces of glyphosate. Lineage solves the problem with geography rather than certificates.

The hives stand in uninhabited wilderness in Yucatán, so far from roads and farmland that the bees simply cannot reach anything sprayed. The result shows in the analyses: undetectable levels of glyphosate and more than 450 other contaminants.
The honey is harvested without smoke and without chemical solvents, and the bees keep their own honey as food instead of being fed the sugar or corn syrup common in commercial beekeeping. The jars are filled slowly over five to seven days at 39 degrees, the same temperature as inside the hive. Enzymes, antioxidants and pollen therefore survive the process.
That the honey crystallises over time is not a fault but proof that it is raw and untreated. Stand the jar in lukewarm water for a while and it turns liquid again.

Why does organic honey often still contain contaminants?
Bees forage up to eight kilometres from the hive, so even a certified hive can be within reach of sprayed fields. The remote location in Yucatán removes that risk.
Why has the honey crystallised?
Crystallisation is entirely natural and a sign that the honey is raw and untreated. Stand the jar in lukewarm water and it turns liquid again.
Can infants eat the honey?
No. Honey should never be given to children under twelve months, because of the risk of infant botulism. That applies to all honey, not just this one.
What does True Source Certified mean?
It is an independent certification that traces the honey all the way from hive to jar, and ensures it has not been diluted or laundered through intermediaries.
Why are the jars filled so slowly?
Filling takes place at 39 degrees over five to seven days, the same temperature as inside the hive. Faster filling requires heating, which destroys enzymes and antioxidants.
What do the bees eat?
Their own honey. In commercial beekeeping it is common to harvest all the honey and feed the bees sugar or corn syrup instead, which affects both the bees and the end product.

About Lineage Provisions
Lineage Provisions is an American brand that builds its entire range on raw materials from grass-fed, regeneratively raised animals. The thinking behind the company is simple: make products from what the animal actually consists of, rather than breaking raw materials down and putting them back together.

The range runs from beef sticks and air-dried steak to protein powder, collagen, creatine, tallow, coffee and raw honey. What they all share is the same requirement of the raw material: animals grazing year-round, verified by a third party rather than by the supplier itself.
The products are developed by Dr. Paul Saladino and Dr. Anthony Gustin, and every batch is tested for contaminants with certificates of analysis published openly.
